281 - Show Us Your Bokeh

Playing with my new set of three macro-filter lenses, I took this photo of some of last summer's weeds.  The only problem I've found with the macro thingies, is getting close enough!  These were low to the ground, and I'm certain my neighbors are now absolutely POSITIVE that I'm certifiable.  Only a crazy person would stand outside on a freezing morning with her camera pointed at the ground and her posterior pointed at the sky!  Well, at least I'm keeping my neighbors entertained, and giving them conversational subjects!  sigh

  1. I hate gardening, I hate WEEDS, but you managed to make these look lovely! Your story of capturing them was a bonus. Great job, crazy person! :-D

  3. Nice bokeh. I think someone should take a picture of you like that. Maybe the theme could be "Bottom's up"!!

  8. You make even the weeds look good! Do you ever find yourself looking over your shoulder to make sure no one has a camera aimed at your backside while you're bent over getting that 'close-up shot?' ;-)

  14. Wow, you did a great job with those weeds! You should make up a set of 5-6 greeting cards with your images and then give them to your neighbors so they know what you've been up to...
