These are a few of the baby teeth lost by my horses as they matured, and found by me. Two in feed troughs, and one in the dirt. Big teeth for such little guys!
Now here's a photo you don't see every day! If you get a few more, you can drill holes in them, thread them on a leather string, and make an interesting bracelet. Just don't let it bite you! :-O
I am an avid (if not especially talented) amateur photographer. That's my third love. My first is my horses. My second is my cats.
I also have a small organic garden, big enough for my husband & I, and to share a bit with some friends and family.
I train my little horses to harness, and teach them tricks, like bowing, lying down, etc. I'm working on dressage movements with one!
I've never seen horses' baby teeth. I wouldn't have realized what these were unless you told me. Neat!
ReplyDeleteThose look huge for "baby teeth"! Kinda cool!

ReplyDeleteWow thay is a treat for me, never saw those before, but have been bitten by a 6 week old colt and they are capable of inflicting pain. Great photo.
ReplyDeleteWonder what Ron did to make the colt mad?
ReplyDeleteGreat idea for the theme and who knew horses even lost baby teeth?
Nice take on the theme. I never would have known what they were if you didn't tell us.
ReplyDeleteNice shot! I saved my dogs' baby teeth, too. We do love our animals, don't we!
ReplyDeleteNice teeth with lots of peaks and valleys. I never would have guessed what they were. Great idea.
ReplyDeleteWow, those teeth are huge.
